New Zealand Leadership Training for Christ is committed to the Developing of Leadership among our Youth. For these activities to be of Maximum benefit the NZLTC Preparation MUST be the Student's Own Work. Encouragement, guidance and resources are to be provided to help the Student's Best Efforts come forth in finding and bringing-out their God-given gifts and talents. NZLTC places the main emphasis on servant leadership targeting the roles of both individual and team participation along with exceptional personal effort in seeking to serve God. Integrating these Youth Leaders into everyday church activities, roles and responsibilities will bring spiritual rewards for everyone involved in serving. Jesus Christ showed His servant spirit over and over in His everyday life. He has set the highest example we can seek to attain - "Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave --- just as the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many."
